Plain English, because it's a quiz app.

The service

QuizCraic lets you build quizzes and run them live, with players answering on their own phones. Free accounts are limited to five teams a quiz. Paid plans are billed through Stripe: the Pub plan monthly until you cancel (cancel any time from Settings, it runs to the end of the month you paid for), and a Fundraiser pass once per event.

Questions and answers

The built-in questions are written to be accurate and timeless, and AI-written questions are marked as drafts for you to check. You're the quizmaster: you decide what's right on the night, and the host controls let you change any mark. We're not liable for disputed answers, lost pints or wounded pride.

Fundraisers, money and raffles

Table fees go directly from teams to you - on the night or through your own payment link. QuizCraic doesn't collect or hold them. The raffle tool only draws numbers for tickets you sell yourself; running a lottery or raffle lawfully (for example under the small-lottery rules for charitable purposes) is the organiser's responsibility.

Fair use

Don't use QuizCraic for anything unlawful, abusive or hateful, including team names. We can remove content or close accounts that do.

Changes

We'll tell account holders by email before prices or these terms change in a way that affects them.
